I learned how to develop my first websites with TYPO3 in 2005. I co-created a french TYPO3 web agency with my husband in 2009. I became the head of the French TYPO3 committee in 2016. I lead the TYPO3 UX team since 2021. I joined the TYPO3 board four years ago. I am tenacious but open-minded. I am quite optimistic. I say what I think. Consistency and teamwork are important values for me.
The last two years have been particularly fruitful. With the other members of the board, I've had the opportunity to take part in the overhaul of our governance and the construction of the next TYPO3 Association's strategy for the coming years. Today in the TYPO3 Board, I'm responsible for Governance processes, Ethical and Legal Compliance and Risk management. This may seem like boring topics, but I'm very enthusiastic about it, and I really enjoyed rebuilding and optimizing some processes, such as the "community mediation policy" or the "conflict of interest management policy". Even though there are still a lot of work in progress, the structure we have put in place enables us to achieve fast results, which is very satisfying.
If there was a way to find out which word was used the most in a year, I think my word would definitely be "TYPO3"! The TYPO3 community has always been special to me, and I want to continue to take care of it. The most important for me is to make sure that the TYPO3 project continue to progress, will adapt to change and is resilient enough in these uncertain times.
