I have been working as a product manager at mittwald for almost 15 years and have therefore been in daily contact with content management systems. During this time I have not only learnt to know TYPO3, but also to appreciate it - both professionally and in my part-time work as a freelancer.
My experience in both areas helps me to better understand the perspectives of companies, agencies and developers. I know what challenges there are and what is needed to make TYPO3 even more accessible and attractive.
For me, TYPO3 is more than just a content management system - it is a strong community that I have learnt to appreciate very much over the years. This is precisely why I want to get involved in the Business Control Committee.
It is important to me that the projects that come from the community receive the best possible support and are promoted in a meaningful way. I want to help ensure that good ideas can be realised and that TYPO3 continues to grow.
I am particularly keen to make TYPO3 more accessible to new users. Getting started can sometimes be challenging, and I want to help reduce this hurdle. That's why it's natural for me to keep in touch with the community and work together on improvements.
My goal is to make TYPO3 better known and more attractive - and it would give me great pleasure to actively support this process.
