My name is Stefanie Vetr (born 1983), and for over 20 years - starting with version 3.5 in 2003 - TYPO3 has been a defining part of my professional life. While completing my Master’s degree in "Digital Media“, I began my professional path at Cyberhouse GmbH in Linz, Austria, gaining hands-on experience with large-scale enterprise projects.
Over the years, my focus shifted from technical development to Digital Project Management and Agency Leadership. Since 2019, I have been a member of the Management Board at Cyberhouse, where I am responsible for:
Strategic Development: Shaping the long-term vision and growth of the agency
Leadership & Culture: Leading our Digital Project Management team and fostering a sustainable, people-centric corporate culture
Enterprise Focus: Overseeing complex TYPO3 ecosystems for high-level clients.
I am a firm believer that the strength of TYPO3 lies in its community. I am an active participant in the ecosystem, from local Austrian meetups to international events like the TYPO3 Conference. This dual perspective - managing a TYPO3-centric agency while staying connected to the community - allows me to understand both the business requirements and the practical needs of our users.
Outside of the digital world, I recharge by spending quality time with my family, traveling, and exploring the great outdoors.
In my role as a member of the Management Board at Cyberhouse, I am specifically responsible for Controlling and Forecasting. I am deeply involved in modernizing these financial pillars through Predictive Project Management and Profitability Forecasting. I am particularly passionate about leveraging the opportunities provided by AI and data-driven automation to make financial planning more accurate and proactive.
I believe the TYPO3 Association can benefit from this expertise. For the upcoming term, I would like to:
Modernize Financial Oversight: Bring my experience in data-driven forecasting to the BCC to ensure robust and forward-looking budget controls.
Ensure Transparency: Work within a stable BCC team to maintain the high standards of auditing and reporting that benefit the entire TYPO3 ecosystem.
By combining my long-standing "TYPO3 DNA" with modern management methods, I want to ensure that the Association remains a professional and reliable backbone for our community.
