Our bylaws state that a candidate must receive at least 50% of the votes cast. Therefore, we need a second round for this election. New voting tokens will be sent out at 31.03.2026 in the evening. The voting will end on the 7th of April at 23:59. If no candidate can be found again, a third round will be held from the 8th of April to the 13th of April. If no candidate reaches the 50% support, the election for this position will be declared unsuccessful. In that case, the Board is still operable, as we cover the minimum number of six Board members.
The Board aims to improve the voting procedure to prevent such situations in the future.
