About me: My journey with TYPO3 community and product has started more than 10 years ago.
For a few years I was a Core Team member working directly on improving the product code and now I'm in the TYPO3 Product Team focusing on product strategy.
I'm also leading the TYPO3 PWA Initiative which has delivered the opensource PWA and Headless approach for TYPO3 products.
Thanks to this experience I know how great potential TYPO3 product has. But technical expertise is just one part of the story. I'm a co-founder and CTO of Macopedia - an agile web agency located in Poland, delivering CMS, ecommerce and business applications. Leading a successful >50 people company allowed me to develop business and management skills.
Husband and a father of two, love to sail in the free time.
My motivation: Thanks to my involvement in growing TYPO3 community in Poland and Rwanda, Africa I see how great potential TYPO3 has to conquer new markets.
Being part of the TYPO3 board I would like to help TYPO3 ecosystem grow. I'm sure we can achieve that by setting a clear strategy, filling communication gaps and finding the synergies.
